Deletion of the account

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly in the mobile app under the ‘Profile’ menu item. This applies to SMATRICS and CHARGE PRE customers.
 

The following data will be irrevocably deleted

  • Account (consisting of e-mail address, password, activity history, link to card or contract).
