Charging with charging card

1. START CHARGE

First, only plug the charging cable into the vehicle.
Hold your charging card to the display to unlock the socket.
Press the plug of your cable firmly against the socket latch.
After successful authorization, the loading process starts automatically.

2. STOP CHARGING

Hold your charging card to the card reader to end the loading process.
Unplug the charging cable from the vehicle.

Note: unlocking the vehicle can also end the charging process.

Charging via smartphone

1. START CHARGE

First, only plug the charging cable into the vehicle.
Select the charging point on the charging network map.
Press the START button to unlock the selected socket.
Press the plug of your cable firmly against the socket latch.
After successful authorization, the loading process starts automatically.

2. TERMINATE CHARGING

Press the STOP button.
Unplug the vehicle.

Note: unlocking the vehicle can also end the charging process.

Important

The security check between the vehicle and the charging station can take up to 30 seconds.
A combination of the activation methods is not possible - for example, if charging was started via app, it must be ended via app too.
