All devices that can be calibrated by the SMATRICS calibration center can be selected in the request form.
If your charging station cannot be selected in the form, it is not covered by the scope of authorization of the SMATRICS calibration center. In this case, such stations cannot be calibrated by us.
The SMATRICS calibration body is authorized to calibrate charging stations with CHAdeMO plugs that use a common energy meter with a parallel CCS plug.
Note: You can recognize this at the charging station by the fact that only one of the two parallel outlets (CHAdeMO/CCS) can be used.
Calibrations of charging stations where the CHAdeMO plug is the only plug connected to the energy meter are not possible, as they are not covered by the scope of authorization of the SMATRICS calibration body.
The price for a calibration depends on various factors, such as the exact installation location or the type of charging device.
