Update of SMATRICS Charging Update - December 2023

The test winner among Austria's charging apps is getting even better now: the latest version of the SMATRICS charging app has been released.

Please note: If you continue to use the old app version, not all services will be available to you until you update your app. You can still log in, view your customer data and carry out remote starts, but the functionality for ad hoc charging will be limited and you will not be able to change your payment details or login data.

Accordingly, we ask that you update your SMATRICS charging app from 12th of December 2023 onwards. It is also necessary that you log in again after the update so that you can continue to use all the features of the app without restrictions - do yourself a favour and remember your login details.

 

Have you activated automatic app updates on your mobile phone?

  1. Your Android / iOS device will download the latest version of the SMATRICS charging app after the release on 12 December 2023 automatically.
  2. After installing the new version, you will need to re-enter your SMATRICS login details the first time you open the app.

 

Do you have a mobile phone with an Android operating system?

  1. Go to the SMATRICS charging app in Google Play Store on December 12th 2023.
  2. Update the app.
  3. Open the SMATRICS app and log in again.


Do you have a mobile phone with iOS as the operating system?

  1. Go to the SMATRICS charging app in Apple App Store on December 12th 2023.
  2. Update the app.
  3. Open the SMATRICS app and log in again.
