Right of revocation and withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is

1. in the case of a service contract, such as the conclusion of the "SMATRICS Tariffs", fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. The conclusion of the contract shall take place on the day of receipt of the written acceptance by SMATRICS of the contract offer made by the customer.

2. in the case of a service contract, such as the conclusion of a tariff to enable immediate charging, fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. The conclusion of the contract shall take place by completing the order process by pressing the button "order for a fee ".

3. in the case of contracts for the purchase of one or more goods and services, fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract or fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods. In the case of contracts for the delivery of several goods, the period begins to run on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods. The revocation can be made until the expiry of the last expiring period.

You also have the right to withdraw from your offer to conclude a contract and to withdraw from the concluded contract without stating reasons if you did not submit the offer to conclude a contract or the declaration of acceptance of the contract in the premises of SMATRICS or at a exhibition and did not initiate the business relationship yourself. This withdrawal can be declared up to the conclusion of the contract or thereafter within a period of 14 days.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. You can also download the sample withdrawal form as a PDF document: Withdrawal Form (PDF). To keep to the revocation/withdrawal deadlines, it suffices if the declaration on exercising the revocation/withdrawal right is sent before the deadline expires.

Consequences of revocation/withdrawal:

If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to return to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred if you chose a different mode of delivery than the favourable standard delivery we offered), without delay but by no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification about your revocation of this contract (withdrawal). For this repayment we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until SMATRICS has received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to SMATRICS without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation or withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

If you have requested that the services (in particular the immediate charging) should begin during the periods for withdrawal, you must pay us an appropriate amount that meets the proportion of the services provided in comparison to the total scope of services planned for the contract duration until the date you informed us of exercising your revocation/withdrawal right with regard to this contract. By placing your order, you request that SMATRICS immediately start providing the service (esp. enabling charging) during the withdrawal periods. SMATRICS will charge the tariff for charging processes.
