Withdrawal Information

Withdrawal information under the Remote and External Business Act (FAGG) and the Act on Consumer Protection (KSchG)

Revocation and withdrawal rights (§ 11 FAGG and § 3 KSchG): You have the right to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded by completing the ordering process by pressing the button “Submit order (you will be charged)”. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us, SMATRICS GmbH & Co KG (1150 Vienna, Europaplatz 2 / Stiege 4 / 4.OG, +43 (0) 1 53 22 400 (Mon-Thurs 9.00am to 5.00pm and Fri 9.00am to 3.00pm), e-mail: info@smatrics.com), of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement to this effect (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can do this using the withdrawal form template sent to you in the email with your contract from SMATRICS, though this is not mandatory. You can also download a template withdrawal form from our website at www.smatrics.com/withdrawal-form. The deadline for withdrawal will be deemed as met provided you send your communication concerning the exercise of the withdrawal right before expiry of the deadline.

Consequences of revocation/withdrawal: Should you withdraw from this contract, we shall be obliged to repay all payments that we have received from you without delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the date we received the communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract. For repayment, we shall use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this repayment. If you request that services (in particular immediate charging) begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already rendered up to the time at which you inform us of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract, in relation to the overall scope of the contract. By submitting this order you request that SMATRICS begin providing services (in particular, enabling charging) even though the withdrawal period is still in effect. SMATRICS will charge a tariff for charging processes.
